A few days ago we wrote a new article about the Atalaya’s flora. It was the Mediterranean cork oak, a medium-sized tree and evergreen, native to Europe and North Africa.
Many of you have been interested in knowing the location of this unique specimen found in our Old Course.
From today you will know that this cork oak, almost 6 meters high, is located in the tee 10 of the Old Course, 1st of the old previous tee.
This tree was seeded and planted years ago by our Atalaya Golf staff.
We hope you visit it!
