Over 10 years ago, Doreen Hainsworth proposed that all past and present members who held the Captains or Presidents’ position should get together for a friendly competition, followed by Lunch. This idea was much welcomed and immediately put into action. Since then, every year in the fall, this distinguished group plays an AM-AM competition on the Old course and our Director, Andres Sanchez, offers the group a fine lunch in our dining rooms. For many years, Doreen also sponsored the prizes for the winning teams.
This year, our President Ludwig Koller sponsored the prizes and awarded the first prize (see Photo) to Margot Grinstead, Gunnar Ottosson and John Brooks.
