The Mixed Interclub Teams played on August 5, the last day of the tournament at El Chaparral Golf Club.
The Atalaya team came second and second overall in the summer series behind El Chaparral. Congrats to the team of El Chaparral!!!
Friday’s high scorers for Atalaya were Philip and Debbie Fisher with an impressive 44 points followed by great contributions from the teams of Andoni Basterrechea and Jeanette Baldermark and John Brooks and Margot Grinstead both of whom scored 41 points.
Atalaya’s team members are great ambassadors for the Club and today’s team proudly displaying the runner’s up trophy can be seen in the attached photo. Lynne and Peter Hood did all the hard work behind the scenes in organizing Atalaya’s participation in the mixed inter club matches.
