Atalaya Golf recently celebrated this charity event on the Old Course in a four ball better format. Over 60 players took part in the tournament, with Richard Phillimore and Bengt Ericsson very kindly serving cava on the course, and was followed by an excellent lunch in the clubhouse.
Lots of prizes were on offer, including nearest the pin and “pretty in pink” for the best outfits on show. Over €1100 was raised for ASAMMA, which offers help and guidance for women diagnosed with breast cancer. The prize giving and raffle was followed by a terrific show from members Eileen Audas and Pam Butler.
