As summer winds down, Atalaya Golf and Country Club is thrilled to host two exciting tournaments that promise competitive play, great fun, and fantastic prizes. 

I Tournament “Spaniards for the World” – August 21st

Organized by our dedicated Spanish members, the I Tournament “Spaniards for the World” is set to be an unforgettable day on the course. Scheduled for August 21st, this event will feature a Texas Scramble Stableford format, encouraging teamwork and strategic play.

Tournament Details:

  • Format: Texas Scramble Stableford
  • Entry Fees:
    • Members: €20
    • Non-Members: €75
  • Prizes:
    • Top three pairs
    • Best woman/woman pair
    • Best Atalaya pair

Included in the registration fee is a delightful barbecue lunch, snacks, drinks, and the chance to win exciting prizes in a raffle. This tournament is not just about the game but also about enjoying a wonderful day with fellow golf enthusiasts.

V Benefic Tournament La Pollinica – August 25th

Just a few days later, on August 25th, the V Benefic Tournament La Pollinica will take place on our New Course. This charity event will feature three categories in an Individual Stableford format, ensuring a competitive yet enjoyable experience for all participants.

Tournament Details:

  • Date: August 25th, 2024
  • Format: Individual Stableford (three categories)
  • First Tee Time: 8:00 AM
  • Entry Fees:
    • Non-Members: €90 (includes green fee and shared buggy)
    • Atalaya Members: €35
  • Prizes:
    • First Category:
      • 1st Place: Trophy + €250 El Corte Inglés gift card
      • 2nd Place: Trophy + €150 gift card
      • 3rd Place: Trophy + Christmas lottery ticket
    • Second and Third Categories:
      • 1st Place: Trophy + €200 gift card
      • 2nd Place: Trophy + €100 gift card
      • 3rd Place: Trophy + Christmas lottery ticket

Participants will also enjoy a refreshment tent on the course, a post-game cocktail, and another exciting raffle with great prizes. The combination of golf, good company, and charitable giving makes this a must-attend event.
