Atalaya’s young dynamo Cristina Albertazzi proves her golf excellence time and time again each time she enters a tournament. This time she walked away with sixth place honours at the Andalusia Sub 18 Championship.
The 54-hole challenge was held at the Valle Guadiana Links, Costa de la Luz, in Huelva, on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, August 7th, 8th and 9th.
Proudly sponsored by Atalaya Golf & Country Club, Cristina played rounds of 74, 78 and 75 for a total of 227, (+11).
Players in this tournament earned points toward their individual ratings in the World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR).
Mar García Jiménez, who plays for Villa Padierna Golf, was declared ladies champion with rounds of 75, 72 and 69 for a total of 216, (PAR).
In the masculine division the winner was Sebastián Desoisa, who is federated by Alcaidesa Links. He played rounds of 68, 74 and 70 for a total of 212 (-4).
