The Irish Open was held at the famous K Club, and Atalaya Golf Director Andres Sanchez was there representing the Golf Federation of Andalucia. The tournament attracted huge crowds over the four days and great interest was shown in the offers available at the club and in the area.
The event was won by Sweden’s Vincent Norrman for his second DP World Tour title in two months, winning by one stroke from third round leader Hurly Long. Home favourite Shane Lowry tied for third place at the end of a great week of golf.
