Costa del Sol’s popular golf magazine Andalucía Golf/España Golf chose Atalaya Golf & Country Club’s championship Old Course as the venue for its first tournament of 2019. The 18-hole, Individual Stableford event was held on Saturday, the 19th of January.

All prizes were sponsored by fairway+blue located in Puerto Banús, Marbella’s Holiday Golf Group, and wines from D. O. Somontano, Denomination of Origin. The editor of Andalucía Golf, Antonio Sánchez, with the help of Luis Navarro of Holiday Golf Group and Gabriela John of fairway+blue, officiated.
In Category One, Juan David Carter Castillo, with 37 points, was awarded First Place. Second Place went to Maxim Kulykin, with 36 points, and Atalaya’s own Mirko Bogdanov placed Third, carding 35 points.
