Atalaya Golf & Country Club hosted on Friday 29th July, the 5th round of the 2016 Costa del Sol Mixed Interclub Competition.
Mixed teams from six Costa del Sol golf clubs played this event: Atalaya Golf, El Chaparral, El Paraíso Golf, Guadalmina, La Cala Resort and Santa María Golf.
All of them participate in the six-round, better ball event that spans the summer.
Atalaya’s mixed teams took first place honours on Friday and stand in the tournament’s all around second place position going into the final round at El Chaparral on Friday 5th August.
Phil and Debbie Fisher were Atalaya’s highest scoring team on Friday, carding 43 points.
