Until now, Paul Ries (Vistabella, Alicante) was the only person who had this qualification in Spain.
The Club Management Diploma is regularly reviewed to ensure that it is up to date with the ever-changing golf club management environment. The qualification is internationally recognized and is achieved by the completion of a program. The candidates have to demonstrate their knowledge in different areas related to sport club management.
For the four managers, the next step is the Certified Club Manager degree, created in the sixties by the Club Managers Association of America.
