IAGTO (International Association of Golf Tour Operators) is the global trade organisation of the golf tourism industry.
Around 50 travel agencies members of the IAGTO had an annual meeting in Villa Padierna where our golf director Andrés Sánchez Garcia went to “catch” some new contracts with these travel agents together with José Guzmán the contract manager of the hotel Atalaya Park.
These tour operators came from all Northern Europe as also one of the USA. This event had as aim the promotion of Andalucía as one of the best golf destinies of Europe. A pro-am was organised as also the most important; work shops with pre-established meetings between tour operators and golf resorts.
This event was very positive and we are sure that this will bring to Atalaya Golf much more golf players during next golf season.
