Atalaya Golf Old Course hosted the charity tournament of the Cesare Scariolo Foundation. A total of 75 participants did their bit for this worthy cause, where there was also a prize draw and a special raffle of the official flag of the Augusta Masters signed by the participants of the 2024.
The prize-giving ceremony was attended by the basketball coach and national team manager Sergio Scariolo and the sports councillors of Estepona and Benahavís, Luis Miguel Gil Amores and Ignacio López Álvarez.
With the proceeds, the foundation will be able to buy and donate two special pharmaceutical refrigerators for storing and maintaining medication to the paediatric and children’s oncology department of the Maternity Hospital in Malaga.
