Another full house at Atalaya Golf for the first edition of the Paul Cohen Memorial Trophy.The individual stableford event saw almost 90 players tee off on the Old Course in perfect playing conditions in a fine autumn day.
The competition, which will now be an annual event, was sponsored by Paul’s brother Michael, and was followed by the prize-giving at our clubhouse.
The winner on the day with a fine score of 41 points was Richard Lodge who received the solid silver trophy as well as a €250 voucher for Golfriend’s.A special prize was also awarded to Gavin Petriewho was advised to go to the practice range before his next round!
